Before joining TJA Construction, Luke commenced his building career gaining onsite experience and then working as an Estimator and Project Supervisor. His high level of business acumen and wide skill set allows him to oversee and control the running of the business.

Luke has a full Domestic Builders Unlimited licence and is very much hands on when dealing with clients and providing support to the onsite team. He overlooks all the companies activities from Design and construction contracts to project completion. He has a hands on approach to the day to day activities and provides the support both company and clients demand.

He also liaises with local councils and constantly monitors and ensures all the regulated and compliance issues are attended too in a timely manner.

Luke's keen passion for dealing with clients is to provide the clients initial vision of their development and to achieve project specific and financial outcomes for all clients.


 

Joe Ammendola

Construction Manager / Director

Joe is a fully qualified Electrician with over 38 years experience across all facets of the building industry.

Joe has worked with many top tier companies and with his vast wealth of knowledge in the construction industry, he is a very important and integral part of TJA Construction's business.

As TJA Construction's Project/Construction Director, Joe overlooks the company's projects on site from commencement to completion. He has direct control over all the projects on site and with his extensive knowledge and experience, Joe ensures the projects are completed in a timely manner and most importantly to every clients satisfaction.

Rick Bramham

Purchasing Manager

Rick is currently undertaking studies for a Double Degree (Bachelor of Design-Architecture and Bachelor of Construction Management-Honours) and has a strong focus on extending his knowledge and skills in the construction industry which undoubtedly will help drive TJA into the future

His main responsibilities incorporates managing and upholding all purchasing matters within the business, preparing BOQ’s, budget estimates, generating orders and ensuring all projects are within budget. He also oversee's TJA’s tendering processes by preparing preliminary budgets and project feasibility proposals.

His role also relies heavily on establishing long and trusting relationships with all of TJA’s trades, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure we are given the best value for money, whilst upholding our high expectations on quality across all of TJA Construction’s projects.


 

Tony Ammendola

Founder 

Obtaining his Builders License 30 years ago and working in the industry for many years, Tony started his own building construction company in 1995. This enabled him to gain extensive industry building experience through project management and on site construction management. 

Tony has a strong belief that providing quality service and forming strong partnerships is a cornerstone of success. He has followed this philosophy and has built up many strong personal and business relationships with leaders in the industry. 

Tony has developed a passionate and committed team in which he has a close collaboration with to deliver the best possible service and solutions.

For clients, Tony believes that any relationship is dependent upon clear communication and has a strong philosophy that this is a collaborative process between clients, shareholders, user groups and consultants
